Can I buy a product directly from Foremost?
No, we cannot sell directly to end users. As a manufacturer, we distribute to vendors and retail stores across the world. Please use the Dealer Locator to locate the nearest Foremost retailer.

Where can I download Instructions and Spec Sheets for my product?
All instruction sheets, spec sheets and brochures are available as PDFs. They can be found in the Product Downloads section of this website.

What kind of warranty does my product have?
Different products have different warranty periods. For most products, the warranty information is in the Instruction Sheets, available on the Downloads page.

Why is the furniture I've purchased a different color than I see online?
When viewing our products online, many computers have different color settings, monitors and brightness/contrast settings. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that the color you see online will match up with the piece perfectly. We try our best to make sure that the colors look as close as possible, but we can not guarantee a perfect match.

How should I clean and maintain my wood products?
For wood products, we recommend polishes which contain detergents, emulsifiers and mineral oil. Please refer to the Furniture Care Tips page for more information.

How can I clean my stone vanity tops?
For vanity tops, we recommend cleaning with a mild liquid detergent and a soft cloth. Please refer to the Furniture Care Tips page for more information.

How should I maintain the appearance of my toilet or other Vitreous China item?
Do not use any abrasive or acid type chemicals on any porcelain fixture. Using a soft cloth or sponge, we recommend hot soapy water with liquid dish detergents, liquid Tide, Spic and Span or Bon Ami.

How can I care for my Veranda Classics patio furniture?
All chairs and table frames should be washed with a mild soap and water solution. Rinse with clean water and dry with a soft towel. Do not use bleach or strong solvents to clean patio furniture. To maintain and protect the furniture, always cover it with an outdoor furniture cover or store in a safe area when not in use for long periods of time. Caution should be used when using oils, lotions and other chemicals such as chlorine or repeated exposure to extreme weather conditions (including heat), which may cause permanent discoloration to the fabric. Cushions should be taken in and stored in a dry area during rain. Should cushions get wet, please hang over chair frame to drip dry completely before using and storing. In areas where heavy snowfall occurs, do not allow snow to build-up on the table top, as breakage may occur due to weight limitations being exceeded.

How do I install my toilet?

What is a Dual Flush Toilet?
Dual-Flush toilet technology allows the user to select a short flush (1.1 gallons) for liquids or a long flush (1.6 gallons) for solids thus taking water conservation one step further. Take a look at our All-in-One 1000 Series toilets featuring Dual Flush.

What is an HET?
The High Efficiency Toilet (HET) is defined as a unit that flushes at 20% below the 1.6 gallons per flush maximum, or better, thus equating to a maximum of 1.3 gallons per flush. Please read about WaterSense for more information.

What rough-in size do Foremost toilets require?
All Foremost toilets are a standard 12" rough in dimension.
