Foremost Groups, Beka Castings & Coco Casual dispute resolved
October 10, 2009 – Foremost Groups, Beka Castings, and Coco Casual have amicably resolved a dispute concerning misunderstandings related to several of Foremost Outdoor Dining Collections. Beka Castings and Coco Casual maintain that they did not misappropriate furniture designs or market or offer for sale any Foremost Outdoor Dining Collections. There is no pending court action between the parties, and Foremost did not file a lawsuit alleging that its furniture collections were copied.
