Florida Toilet Rebate Programs

Discuss Florida Rebates

is there a toilet rebate program. I am in Broward County and need to buy a new toilet because mine is about 45 years old.

Hi Katherine, I've contacted Broward County, and they responded with this: "Please contact the Broward County Call Center at 954-831-4000. Our department does not offer a toilet rebate program, but another county department might." Hopefully you can talk to them and find out more information. Good luck with it! -Dan

Is there a toilet rebate program in Palm Beach County?
posted by neil at 11/10/2009 2:34:19 PM

I have just remodeled a home using energy effiecent toliets. I was told by Home Depot to call about the rebates for having these toliets installed. I'm in Orange County.

Hi Virginia,

I can't seem to find any information on Orange County rebates. It would be best to contact your local municipality. The contact information can be found here.

Neil, the same goes for Palm Beach. I can't find any information but their contact information is here.

Good luck with this.

Is there a current low flow toilet rebate program at this time. We have three very old toilets that use too much water and would like to replace them if there is such a program.

I have just renovated 3 bathrooms and used the new energy efficient toilets. what do I need to do to get a rebate? I have also purchased other energy efficient products and need the same knowledge about rebates. Thank you for your response.

Thanks to my HOME DEPOT pluming associate, i found out about the rebate. I have recieved a check for $125.oo which helped. With labor and purchase of a new handycaped tolite, I spent about $348.oo. You must send the original reciept and cost of labor. Make a copy of the reciept for your records. All worked out well for the Venza family and we thank you. Venza Family.

Hi Charles and Emma,
In which county do you live? If you see your county/municipality listed towards the top of the page (to the right of the map), you should be able to click the link for all rebate information.

Peter, I'm glad to hear that everything worked out okay.

Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

Best,
Dan

Hi Dennis,
I came across this PDF that may help you:
http://www.bayshorewv.com/Forms/Toilet%20Rebate.pdf
I'd suggest calling the number provided and see if they still offer the rebates.
Good luck with it and please let us know how it goes.
Thanks,

Do you know about any rebate prg for Duval county
posted by reena at 2/8/2010 1:47:02 PM

Hi Reena,
I haven't been able to find anything for Duval county. Your best bet would be to get in touch with the local municipality or town hall. Or better yet, your water utility company should know more information about this.
Good luck with everything!
