Does anyone know if there are any rebates on low water use toilets in Hennepin County Minnesota.

Hi Dave, the only municipalities that I could find in MN are Eden Prairie and Victoria. It doesn't seem like any other municipalities honor the rebate, but usually your local water/utilities company will help out if you try calling them. Good luck with this.
