Does Rowlett, TX qualify for any rebates for replacing toilets with HET toilets?

Hi fw, I'm not familiar with the area, but looking at a map, does Rowlett use Dallas Water Utilities? If so, you may qualify for a rebate at this page: http://www.savedallaswater.com/qualify_voucher.html. If not, you can try to contact your water utility company or your local municipality.
